Accounts Receivable Batching Analyst

Join The Boyd Group in Winnipeg, Manitoba, as an Accounts Receivable Batching Analyst for a 6-month term. You'll ensure payment accuracy and support AR reconciliations within Workday and CCC

This role prioritizes attention to detail and effective communication with vendors and internal teams. You will monitor undeposited payments, identify inconsistencies, and perform month-end reconciliations for accurate financial reporting. Your expertise in Excel and adaptability to software will be central to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor undeposited and unreconciled payments in Workday

• Track and rectify unidentified payments with shop and insurer collaboration

• Execute month-end, quarterly, and year-end AR reconciliations

• Provide analytical support and explanations for transactions

• Manage integrations between CCC1 and Workday, addressing failures

Requirements:

• Post Secondary education or equivalent work experience

• Experience in accounting, receivables, or customer service

• Familiarity with Workday and CCC1 systems

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

• Ability to work from home and office
