Position: Accountant at Marble - Hybrid Role
Join Marble as an Accountant, overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and AR/AP in a hybrid model. You'll streamline month-end closes and enhance data-driven decisions.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Finance Manager and take genuine ownership of our accounting processes for Canadian and US operations. With a strong focus on accuracy, your responsibilities will evolve to include full end-to-end ownership of US accounting as the company grows. You will ensure a faster, more efficient reporting system and safeguard the flow of receivables and payables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct month-end bookkeeping for Canada and the US

• Manage general ledger entries and reconciliations

• Invoice customers promptly and manage outstanding balances

• Process vendor payments and coordinate schedules

• Enhance reporting capabilities for the company

Requirements:

• 2+ years in accounting or bookkeeping roles

• Familiarity with full-cycle accounting practices

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and ability to meet deadlines

• Understanding of Quick Books Online is a plus
