The Management Accountant will be responsible for the monthly financial reporting for multiple entities, taking ownership of all finance aspects monthly. The Management Accountant will be expected to work on their own initiative alongside providing support to the wider finance team, when required. If you have experience of management multiple deadlines, within a fast-paced commercial environment, this could be the ideal role.

About you
- Fully qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent), Part-Qualified Accountant with relevant experience will also be considered
- Previous experience in a management accounting role (essential)
- Strong IT skills including Advanced Excel
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Available to start at short notice
What you'll do
- Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting against agreed deadlines for multiple entities
- Prepare and analyse monthly P&L, balance sheet and KPI reporting, providing clear commentary on key movements and trends
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with operational stakeholders to develop accurate financial projections
- Support month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, journals and other management accounting adjustments
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving any outstanding items
- Partner with operational and departmental managers, providing financial insight to support commercial decision-making and cost control
