This role demands expertise in both U.S. and Canadian payroll, with a commitment to improving organizational workflows and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate multi-state payroll processing and adjustments

• Ensure payroll compliance with federal and provincial regulations

• Develop and oversee payroll reporting and analytics

• Manage payroll systems and vendor relationships

• Maintain strong internal controls and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field

• 5+ years of payroll leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of multi-state and Canadian payroll

• Preferred payroll certification from U.S. or Canada

• Experience in healthcare industry preferred
