Position: Accounts Payable Lead - Hybrid Role

In this pivotal role, you will guide daily accounts payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor payments and employee expenses. Your leadership will support month-end activities and drive continuous improvements to the procure-to-pay process. Strong collaboration with finance teams and business stakeholders is key to maintaining service levels and compliance across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounts payable operations and invoice coding

• Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and expense claims

• Oversee payment runs for compliance with disbursement terms

• Serve as escalation point for complex vendor issues

• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• Minimum 5 years in accounts payable, ideally in professional services

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and ERP systems

• Proficiency in Excel and AP software

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
