Junior Accountant

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently.
• Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Help maintain the general ledger and assist with month-end close procedures.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Participate in audits and ensure documentation is readily available.

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
• Familiarity with accounting software like Pastel or Quick Books.
• Basic understanding of South African financial regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
