Management Accountant

Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an exciting and growing organisation based in Bicester to recruit a Management Accountant. The Management Accountant will receive a salary of up to £45,000 plus bonus which takes the overall package up to £49,000-£53,000. This role also offers hybrid remote working.

This organisation uses SAP and ideally are looking for a candidate who has SAP experience.

Primary responsibilities;

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts in accordance with Group reporting requirements.
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial records are complete, accurate, and compliant.
• Review and analyse profit and loss accounts, investigating and explaining variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Review balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and appropriate supporting documentation.
• Prepare and post journals, accruals, prepayments, and provisions.
• Monitor project financial performance, including revenue recognition, margins and service profitability.
• Review Work-in-Progress (WIP) balances ensuring accurate project cost allocations.
