We are looking for an experienced Cost Accountant dedicated to team values like respect and integrity. You will be embedded in plant operations, analyzing costs, performing variance analysis, and ensuring accurate reporting through ERP systems. This role is integral to maintaining effective financial practices in a vibrant commercial print environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a partner to plant leadership on costs

• Conduct variance analysis comparing estimated vs. actual costs

• Audit production routings for ERP accuracy

• Collaborate on inventory reconciliation processes

• Provide cost data and KPI dashboards to management

Requirements:

• At least three years in cost accounting within manufacturing

• Proficiency with Print Management Information Systems

• Experience in job costing and BOM auditing

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related fields
