Position :
Senior Accounts Executive
Location :
Clementi
-few bus stops from Clementi MRT
Working hours : 5.5 days Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, Saturday 8:30am to 12:45pm (work-from-home arrangement-work when required)
Salary (commensurate of experience) :
Up to $5500 +Bonus

- Prepare monthly management accounts and management reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities.
- Monitor expenses and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and internal stakeholders.
- Manage accounts receivable activities including collections and aging reports.
- Support finance-related projects and administrative matters when required.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in management reporting, budgeting and full set accounts.
- Familiar with month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
