Accountant; Ksa - Remote

Position: ACCOUNTANT (KSA - REMOTE
Paradox Events & Marketing   is looking for an experienced   KSA Accountant (Remote)  to join our team immediately.
This is a   full-time remote position based in India   , supporting our Saudi Arabia operations. Candidates must have   previous hands-on accounting experience in KSA   , strong knowledge of Saudi accounting requirements, and practical experience using   Quick Books   .

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities for our   Saudi Arabia operations   .
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and financial records.
Manage   Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)  .
Prepare and process invoices, supplier payments, expenses, and payment records.
Perform bank, supplier, and account reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support payroll accounting and employee-related financial transactions.
Monitor company expenses, project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
Support project-level cost tracking and profitability reporting.
Maintain proper accounting documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
Handle accounting requirements related to   KSA VAT and ZATCA compliance   .
Coordinate with Management, HR, suppliers, auditors, banks, and other stakeholders in KSA.
Ensure all financial records are accurate, properly documented, and submitted within required deadlines.

Quick Books Requirements
Strong hands-on Quick Books experience is mandatory.
Candidates should be able to independently:
Maintain company accounts using Quick Books.
Record invoices, bills, expenses, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
Manage the Chart of Accounts.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Track Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Generate and review   Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and other financial reports   .
Identify and correct accounting discrepancies.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in   Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field   .
Previous professional accounting experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is mandatory.
Strong practical understanding of   Saudi accounting practices, VAT and ZATCA requirements   .
Proven professional experience with   Quick Books   .
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Good knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and cost control.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Must be available to work according to   KSA working days and working hours   .
Must be available to join immediately.
