Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will engage in financial operations management, focusing on manufacturing costs and profitability analysis. This full-time, on-site role offers potential for part-time remote work, allowing you to be at the heart of the company's financial strategies and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate standard product costs and variances
• Collaborate with production and operations teams
• Support the preparation of financial statements
• Conduct margin and profitability analyses
• Enhance internal control processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA designation (completed or in progress)
• 3 to 7 years accounting experience in manufacturing
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills
