In this remote position, you'll take charge of the financial reporting process and provide essential analyses that influence business decisions. As the Controller, you will lead finance professionals and facilitate accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting
• Provide technical accounting analysis under IFRS
• Summarize financial results for senior leadership
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals
• Oversee audits and respond to queries
Requirements:
• 5+ years in accounting or finance
• CPA designation or equivalent required
• Proven relationship management skills
• Familiarity with IFRS reporting framework
• Experience in project accounting preferred
