We're a growing landscaping company in Canada looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our remote team. You'll be helping us manage day-to-day accounting tasks and financial reporting to keep everything running smoothly.

• Handle daily bookkeeping in Quick Books Online (QBO)
• Record invoices, expenses, and payments accurately
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts
• Track payroll data, employee reimbursements, and deductions
• Maintain organized digital records for audits and reporting
• Prepare monthly reports and financial summaries for management
• Assist with vendor statements and communication with suppliers

• At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Strong knowledge of Quick Books Online (QBO)
• Understanding of basic accounting principles (debits, credits, journal entries)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
• Experience with Canadian payroll or bookkeeping

• Remote | Monday-Friday
• Must be available during Canadian business hours (PST)
