A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join a busy and growing finance team within a leading creative agency.

This is a high-volume Accounts Payable role
, so we are particularly looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable processing a large volume of invoices on a daily basis and working in a fast-paced environment.
Manual invoice processing experience would be highly advantageous.

You will join a supportive and friendly finance team, working alongside other AP professionals and reporting into the Accounts Payable Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a fantastic creative environment.

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices on a daily basis
• Registering, posting and accurately coding purchase invoices
• Processing invoices both manually and through finance systems
• Managing supplier accounts and maintaining accurate supplier records
• Responding to supplier and internal finance queries via email
• Preparing and processing weekly payment runs
• Ensuring invoices are processed accurately and in line with company procedures
• Supporting with month-end activities and wider finance processes
• Working closely with the wider finance team to resolve invoice and payment queries
