Contract Period:Mid-September 2026 to End-March 2027
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 10:20am – 7:20pm
Work Arrangement:Work from home, with face-to-face meetings when required
Salary:Up to S $4,000 per month
- Handle day-to-day accounting duties, including full set of accounts, reconciliations and month-end closing.
- Prepare financial reports, payment records and supporting documents.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring and audit preparation.
- Maintain proper accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Support HR administration such as employee records, leave, payroll coordination and employment documentation.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding and general employee-related matters.
- Prepare HR and finance reports as required.
- Liaise with management, employees, auditors, vendors and other external parties when necessary.
- Attend face-to-face meetings when required.
- Perform other accounting, HR and administrative duties as assigned.
- Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience handling a full set of accounts is preferred.
- Some exposure to HR administration or payroll will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently in a work-from-home arrangement
