Our client, a rapidly growing operator in the retirement home sector
, is seeking a hands-on Financial Analyst.

Reporting directly to the Manager FP&A, you will take assist with a ownership portfolio of long-term care facilities. You will be responsible for the strategic financial leadership and reporting oversight.

• Prepare and enter journal entries.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
• Update and maintain audit file.
• Review and validate financial data for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure reporting deadlines are met.
• Liaise with accounts payable and operational teams to gather required information.
• Respond to reporting-related inquiries.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.

• Must have experience working with Long-term care facilities
• 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
• Team player

• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced environment

• Primarily in-office role (4–5 days/week)
