Senior Manager - Financial Reporting

- Financial Reporting to join their finance function on an initial interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to utilise their technical accounting expertise within a complex, international environment, working across multiple jurisdictions and alongside senior stakeholders. - Financial Reporting. Operating across multiple jurisdictions, the organisation has a complex international finance function and requires an experienced, technically strong accountant to provide expertise across financial reporting, accounting compliance and the interpretation and application of IFRS and GAAP. The Senior Manager
- Financial Reporting will work closely with senior finance stakeholders and regional teams, ensuring the highest standards of financial reporting are maintained across the organisation. The role will have significant involvement in complex accounting matters, statutory reporting, audit requirements and the continued development of accounting policies and controls. This opportunity would particularly suit a qualified accountant who trained within practice and has developed significant technical accounting and financial reporting experience, either within practice or subsequently within a complex industry environment.

About you Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) Strong background within accountancy practice Extensive technical accounting and financial reporting experience Ability to communicate technical accounting issues clearly to senior and non-finance stakeholders Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions and working with international stakeholders Available at short notice What you'll do Lead and oversee financial reporting activities across multiple jurisdictions Provide technical accounting expertise on complex accounting and reporting matters Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP and relevant financial reporting requirements Oversee the preparation and review of statutory financial statements Research and interpret new and existing accounting standards, assessing their impact on the organisation Prepare and review technical accounting papers and supporting documentation For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Dan Morgan for a confidential chat today.
