Accounts Assistant

* Salary of £30,000-£34,000 (dependent on experience)

* GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above)
* Some payroll processing experience for 50 UK employees using Sage and Micropay
* 3 years handling financial data, invoicing, and payments
* Experience reconciling bank statements and analysing data
* Advanced MS Excel and proficiency in Microsoft 365
* Right to work in the UK Nice to have
* Payroll or accounting qualifications
* Irish payroll experience
* Knowledge of ERP systems like Sage, Navision or Business Central
* Credit control or GDPR experience Other requirements
* Reliable, detail-oriented team player
* Strong communicator with initiative
* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Willingness to travel for stock takes as needed What you'll do
* Process payroll, pensions, and year-end tasks for 4 days of the month (training offered)
* Manage customer and supplier accounts
* Reconcile bank statements and assist with audits
