THE ROLE

We are looking for a Statutory Reporting Accountant to join our Finance team and help keep our UK and European legal entities accurate, compliant and ready for audit. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will support statutory accounting, month-end reporting, regulatory compliance and financial governance.

This is a hands‑on role with broad exposure across Group Finance, local accounting teams and external advisers. You will help connect the detail behind the numbers, maintain strong controls and ensure our reporting and filings are completed accurately and on time. It is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys combining technical rigour with practical collaboration and wants to make a visible impact in a global travel business.

  • Work with local General Ledger teams to improve reporting accuracy and complete reconciliations on time.
  • Review monthly reporting packs by company and prepare any required consolidation or adjustment entries.
  • Partner with the internal tax team to support the timely and accurate completion of required tax returns.
  • Maintain clear documentation, approvals and audit trails across accounting activities.
  • Act as a secondary contact for local tax, treasury and regulatory matters.
  • Contribute to finance projects and practical improvements that strengthen control and make the team more effective.
