Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist at PointClickCare
Join Point Click Care  as a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, focused on ensuring timely collections and building strong relationships. This hybrid position offers a dynamic blend of remote work and in-office collaboration.

In this key role, you will report to the Team Leader and manage a mixed portfolio of accounts. You will be pivotal in communicating effectively with clients about payment issues. A thorough understanding of accounts receivable processes and excellent analytical skills will enable you to recognize billing issues and promote effective resolutions within your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle collection activities for low dollar accounts

• Update customer files and report statuses to Management

• Engage clients regarding invoice inquiries proactively

• Compile and provide invoice copies and necessary documentation

• Analyze accounts receivable reports for performance insight

Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial and account management

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

• AI fluency with Microsoft Copilot or similar tools
