• Support clients in using Turbo Tax for tax completion
• Review personal tax returns thoroughly for accuracy
• Offer expert insights on product inquiries and taxes
• Explore government resources for client solutions
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of professional tax preparation experience
• Proven bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Expertise in preparing complex tax returns
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of at least 20 hours weekly
