Billing & Collections Specialist – Solo

Our client is seeking an accurate and organized Telecom Billing Specialist to manage their billing operations in Semarang . This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely generation of customer invoices, managing billing cycles, and resolving billing inquiries. You will work closely with sales, customer service, and finance departments to maintain data integrity and customer satisfaction. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of billing processes within the telecommunications sector, operating in a hybrid work model.

• Process customer billing accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to billing cycles and deadlines.
• Generate invoices and ensure all charges, discounts, and adjustments are correctly applied.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain billing system data integrity and perform regular data audits.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing-related issues.
• Assist in the development and improvement of billing procedures and controls.

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in billing, accounting, or financial operations, preferably in the telecom industry .
