Robert Half Finance and Accounting are exclusively partnering with a fast-growing Retail compnay in London who are looking to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for 3-6 months Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner Prepare and complete credit card, bank, and staff expense reconciliations Work through a backlog of invoices and outstanding items, ensuring records are brought up to date Assist with preparing and processing payment runs Post bank transactions and allocate payments correctly Support accounts payable activities across multiple entities Manage invoices and payments across multiple currencies Handle stock-related invoice queries and reconciliations Work in a busy, hands-on finance environment, supporting day-to-day transactional finance tasks as needed System:

The successful temporary Accounts Payable Clerk will ideally have 2 years end-to-end Accounts Payable experience and be able to work in a fast-paced Accounts Payable team. You must be immediate or on a 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role. Client:
Our client is a Retail company based in London who are looking to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for 3-6 months to support a maternity cover. This role will be office based 3 days per week with 2 days working from home.

Salary & Benefits:

This temporary Accounts Payable Clerk role will be paying £18-20 per hour dependant on experience.
