Technical Financial Accountant - Interim

Amazing opportunity to join a Financial Services Group based in London, after a period of huge transformation. The Group has sold a number of companies and returned back to their core Speciality. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and supporting the restructure which will involve the disposal of two more companies and an ownership change within the Group. Thos is initially a three month rolling contract.

Responsibility of the Technical Financial Accountant Role:

- Prepare comprehensive accounting papers for the two Group disposals Transaction overview and accounting assessment, relevant IFRS guidance Analysis of disposal proceeds, values, net assets and transaction costs Analyse translation reserves and other reserves Gain/loss on disposal calculatons Consolidation impact, judgement and estimation Requirements of the Technical Financial Accountant Role:

- ACA or ACCA qualified with extensive knowledge of IFRS and disposals Proven experience in preparing technical accounting papers for audit

Experience with in a large multi national group Group disposals and deconsolidation Benefits of the Technical Financial Accountant Role:
