Accounting Analyst or Remote

Join a prominent technology client as an Accounting Analyst, working remotely or in Kitchener. This 12-month engagement includes supporting crucial accounting tasks and Net Suite ERP projects.

As part of The Mason Group, you will ensure operational excellence during a Net Suite ERP reimplementation. Your primary focus will be on month-end close, reconciliations, and compliance support. Utilize your analytical abilities and accounting knowledge to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accounting continuity during ERP transition

• Facilitate month-end and year-end close processes effectively

• Accurately prepare and post journal entries in a timely manner

• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in general ledger accounts

• Collaborate across functions to address unusual variances

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum of 2 years in accounting or financial analysis

• Experience with Net Suite ERP preferred

• Strong grounding in accounting principles and controls

• Excellent knowledge of month-end close and reconciliations
