Junior Accountant

About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join their dynamic and fully remote finance department. You will support the accounting team in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting. • Assist with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Support the preparation of journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Help maintain the accuracy of the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
• Assist in the month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
• Provide support for internal and external audits as needed.
• Prepare basic financial reports and schedules under supervision.
• Adhere to company accounting policies and procedures in all tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
