This role is critical for managing the company's payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. You will work independently, leveraging technology to maintain financial accuracy and support vendor relationships. • Process all vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all payments are scheduled and processed according to terms and company policy.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain the accounts payable ledger and ensure it is up-to-date.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures related to payables.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues.

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable principles and processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
