• Manage and execute daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliations, entirely remotely.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, managing cash flow and vendor payments effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and assist in preparing tax returns.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders through virtual communication channels.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls within a remote operational framework.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting designation (e.g., CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA) preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in financial accounting, preferably with exposure to diverse industries.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Quick Books Online, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
