Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS. Perform detailed analysis of financial results, investigating variances and trends. Assist with the preparation of regulatory filings and reports. Manage and reconcile various balance sheet accounts. Support the internal and external audit processes. Continuously improve reporting processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

3-5 years of experience in financial reporting or general accounting. Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
