This entry-level position focuses on processing invoices, reviewing data, and responding to billing inquiries. You will need excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to meet deadlines within our team. Your responsibilities will also involve learning invoicing systems on the job to enhance your capabilities and contribute to smooth procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices accurately and on time
• Review billing data for discrepancies and accuracy
• Respond to customer billing inquiries and coordinate resolutions
• Enter and update customer billing information in the system
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end reconciliation tasks
Requirements:
• 0-1 year of related experience in invoicing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable learning new software
