Financial Controller BC

This role requires 5+ years of accounting experience, overseeing full-cycle close processes and nurturing junior staff. You will prepare financial statements, management reports, and maintain balanced sheets while partnering with operations to analyze KPIs. A hybrid work arrangement may be available for the right candidate, fostering a balance between office presence and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes

• Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses

• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries

• Supervise and mentor junior accountant in AP/AR

• Partner with management to analyze operational KPIs

Requirements:

• CPA designation is mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred

• Proficiency in enterprise accounting software
