Pet Smart’s Internal Audit team is seeking an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to lead SOX and operational audits at the Phoenix Home Office. You will plan and perform audits, assess controls, and deliver practical recommendations to strengthen processes in a dynamic retail environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate findings to leadership, and support external audit coordination. Some travel is required (15–25%).
