Thompson Hine LLP is seeking a Billing Operations Administrator to strengthen and streamline billing processes across Ohio offices. The role is based in a hybrid environment with 3 days remote and 2 days in the office after the initial 90 days.
You will work closely with Kristi Kowalski, Senior Billing Manager, to implement process improvements and support the billing lifecycle using Expert Billing software upgrade to 8.2.4 in June 2026.
