Entry Level Billing Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry Level Billing Clerk to support a legal organization with day-to-day billing and accounts receivable activities in California. This is a long-term contract opportunity offering regular hours, Monday through Friday, in a remote work environment. The person in this role will assist with invoice handling, accurate record updates, and billing-related administrative tasks while working with established billing platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner to support billing and accounts receivable operations.
• Enter billing information into internal systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with preparing and reviewing billing statements before distribution.
• Support collection-related follow-up by helping track outstanding balances and payment activity.
• Use Pro Law and Elite 3E to update records, manage billing data, and complete routine transactional tasks.
• Review billing details for completeness and flag discrepancies for correction.
• Maintain organized electronic records related to invoices, payments, and account activity.
