REMOTE Bookkeeper

Our client, a rapidly growing transportation company in Cleveland, is seeking a detail oriented Bookkeeper to provide accounting consulting services for a 3-month contract.

This is a flexible role for an experienced bookkeeper who is comfortable working independently, understands the financial operations, and has specific experience with Quick Books.

• You are highly organized and detail oriented
• You are comfortable working with Quick Books and maintaining accurate financial records
• You have experience reconciling bank accounts and identifying discrepancies
• You are comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
• You are responsive, reliable and able to communicate clearly
• You understand that confidentiality and discretion are essential when working with client financial information

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 3+ years of experience in related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Quick Books
• Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
