Michigan Tax CPA is building a team of accounting and tax professionals in Manistee.
We believe talented accountants should have the opportunity to build meaningful careers in public accounting without having to leave Northern Michigan. Our goal is to create those opportunities here.
From our office in downtown Manistee, our team works with individuals, families, entrepreneurs, established businesses and organizations throughout Northern Michigan and across the state.
That creates opportunities for our tax and accounting professionals to develop experience with a wide range of clients, entities, industries and financial issues.
We are especially interested in meeting accounting professionals from Manistee and the surrounding area, including students entering the profession, experienced tax preparers, Enrolled Agents, accountants and CPAs.
Our tax and accounting team includes professionals at different stages of their careers. Explore the roles below to learn more about the work, experience and potential career path for each position.

Opportunities may be available for experienced preparers as well as accounting professionals looking to deepen their tax experience.
Seasonal tax positions can provide experienced professionals with the opportunity to work during the busiest part of tax season without necessarily committing to a year-round role.
Seasonal opportunities can also be a way for candidates and the firm to build a working relationship.
Enrolled Agents bring valuable federal tax knowledge and representation credentials to a CPA firm.
Depending on experience, an EA may work with tax preparation, tax planning, IRS notices, tax resolution matters and client representation.
