- Prepare and issue accurate invoices for patient visits, procedures, and other billable activities.
- Review billing against study budgets and payment terms.
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable aging and financial records.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
- Strong experience with invoicing, payment reconciliation, and AR aging.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable with numbers and financial data.
- Confident communicating with stakeholders and resolving discrepancies.
- Full-time remote position with CST US time zone.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and occasional extended hours during month-end close.
