Parts Base Inc. seeks a seasoned Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our finance operations. You will handle accounts receivable, post payments across multiple channels, manage invoice cycles, drive collections, and serve as the billing contact for our global member base.
You will collaborate with the accounting team on month-end close, reconciliations, and process improvements. This role is onsite five days per week, 8am–5pm ET at our Deerfield, FL office.
