Responsibilities Cultivate strong client relationships by maintaining regular communication and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery
Demonstrate knowledge of industry trends and issues that may impact clients within the Technology & Professional Services sectors
Address client questions and resolve issues efficiently, leveraging internal resources when necessary
Coordinate client engagements by managing workflow timelines, deliverables, and communication across teams
Review, prepare, and ensure the timely filing of tax returns for Technology & Professional Services clients
Monitor developments in tax laws and regulations and assess their implications for client compliance and planning
Research and analyze complex tax matters, interpret tax implications, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
Foster a collaborative engagement environment that encourages inclusion, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement in client service
Track engagement economics, including budgets and billable hours, and provide proactive status updates to engagement leadership
Supervise, mentor, and develop staff, seniors, and semi-senior team members by providing technical guidance, professional development support, and coaching on client interaction
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field4+ years of experience in tax, with a focus on technology and professional services-related industries
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex tax concepts to clients and team members
Proficient in using tax software and Microsoft Office applicationsCPA preferred
