Duties&Responsibilities:Thekeyresponsibilitiesforthe Permanent Accounts Receivable Accountantworkingforthisdynamic Propertyfirmbasedinthe Cityof Londonwillbe :
- Raiseandprocessrental,service charge,insurance,andotherproperty-relatedinvoicesinaccordancewithleaseagreements.
- Monitortenantaccountstoensuretimelyreceiptofpayments.
- Allocateincomingreceiptsaccuratelyandpromptlytotheappropriatetenantaccounts.
- Performregularreconciliationsoftenantledgersandbankaccounts.
- Investigateandresolvediscrepanciesrelatingtoinvoices,payments,andaccountbalances.
- Monitorageddebtreportsandproactivelyfollowupwithtenantsanyoutstandingbalancesandlatepayments.
- Issuepaymentreminders,statements,anddemandnoticeswhererequired.
- Liaisewithtenants,property managers,andexternalagentstoresolvepaymentissues.
- Strongbackgroundinaccountsreceivableorfinanceoperations,ideallygainedinthe
RealEstate sector. - Provenabilitytotakeownership,streamline processes,anddelivercontinuousimprovement.
- Goodunderstandingoffinanceandaccountingconceptsincludingthecodingofexpensestothegeneralledgerandmanagingreconciliation.
- Experienceofworkinginamulti-currencyfinancedepartmentwouldbebeneficial.
- Minimumof2+years’experienceworkinginaccountsreceivables(AR),preferablyinasimilarfinanceassistantrole.
This Permanent Accounts Receivable Analystrolebasedinthe Cityof Londonwillbepaidacompetitivemarketbasedsalaryofbetween £30,000-£40,000PA.
