• Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and updating ledgers.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Support the processing of invoices, expense claims, and payment runs.
• Help prepare schedules and documentation for month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in generating financial reports and summaries as required by management.
• Contribute to maintaining an organized and up-to-date filing system for financial documents.

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Pastel or similar systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
