As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions of the company. Your main responsibilities will include processing invoices, completing payments, managing expense control, and responding to vendor inquiries. You will also be responsible for account analysis and producing monthly reports.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices by receiving them from vendors or suppliers, verifying authenticity, and approving them for payment.
• Complete payments and schedule paychecks to ensure timely receipt for outstanding credit.
• Efficiently manage the payment cycle activities, ensuring all processes are completed in a timely manner.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments, outstanding credits, and other finance-related questions.
• Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly financial reports.

Essential

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with SAP is highly preferred; otherwise, extensive experience with a similar ERP system is required.
• Strong understanding of a Purchase Order (PO).
• Expertise in AP processes, including 3-way match.

Additional Skills &

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in invoice processing.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and purchase order procedures.

Work Environment:

This position offers a hybrid work environment with two days of remote work from home and three days in the office. You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.84/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
