Staff Accountant- Advisory Track

Korbey Lague is an advisory-led accounting firm where tax and compliance work is the foundation, not the finish line. We're looking for a 3–4 year accountant who is strong on the fundamentals, enjoys working directly with clients, and is curious enough to see the bigger story behind the numbers.

• Own your work - Independently manage compilations, reviews, moderately complex returns for a defined client portfolio
• Build client relationships – Communicate directly with clients by phone and email, understand their needs and become a trusted resource.
• Work in a forward-thinking environment - Fully cloud-based with a digital-first workflow and the technology to work efficiently from anywhere.
• Grow your career – Follow a clear path toward managing client relationships and developing deeper advisory expertise.
• Enjoy flexibility - Work from home up to two days a week, with a busier tax season balanced by a more relaxed pace the rest of the year with Fridays off in the summer.

Salary: $65,000–$85,000, based on experience. Three weeks’ vacation, 9 holidays, continuing education support, and in-house advisory training included.

Korbey Lague PLLP is designing itself around client ambition, not compliance defaults. If you are ready to take ownership, work directly with clients and grow beyond traditional accounting,we want to hear from you!
