Tax Senior

Want a clear path to Partner at a firm that actually respects your time? This large regional CPA firm just promoted three new Partners, and they're looking for a Tax Senior ready to grow into the next generation of leaders.

• A short ladder to the top. Senior, Manager, Senior Manager, Partner. No director layer in the way. With your CPA, you can move as fast as your work allows.
• Your schedule, your way. Like to start at 6 AM and be done early? Go for it. Kid's game or doctor's appointment? No problem. After your initial onsite period, you'll work from home 1 to 2 days a week.
• Busy season you can live with. Expect 55 to 60 hours at the peak, with the option to start at the office and finish from home. The rest of the year is far lighter, and leadership is actively reducing annual hours.
• Pay that keeps climbing. Annual raises of 5% to 10%, plus a year-end bonus and profit sharing (typically 5% to 10%).

• Prepare and review business and individual returns across a wide range of industries
• Work directly with clients as a trusted point of contact
• Mentor staff as you build toward Manager

• Tax experience in public accounting at the Senior level
• CPA or actively pursuing it

• $80K-$120K base, depending on experience
• Year-end bonus and profit sharing
