As a Payroll Associate, you'll leverage your Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation and two years of payroll processing experience. This role covers high-volume payroll for over 500 employees across multiple provinces, making your numerical and analytical skills essential for success in this collaborative position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect hours and process payroll inputs accurately

• Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements

• Handle special payments, bonuses, and statutory holiday calculations

• Complete government documentation for payroll compliance

• Maintain precise employee records and data in the payroll system

Requirements:

• Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation required

• Two years of experience in payroll processing

• Experience with Oracle HCM software and high-volume payroll
