Payroll Specialist

• Work with established systems including Paycom and CDK in a high-volume, multi-location environment.

Target Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000

• Process end-to-end biweekly payroll
• Calculate commissions and commission bonus payouts
• Reconcile payroll-related accounting schedules, accrued sales commissions, and internal AP/AR activity.
• Manage payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including exempt and non-exempt classifications.
• Utilize Paycom for payroll processing and CDK for accounting-related functions.

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• 1+ year of accounting experience, including reconciliations and payroll-related accounting activities.
• Experience working with payroll systems;
  Paycom experience is highly preferred.
