100% Remote | Part-Time | 1-Year Engagement
I am looking for an experienced Accounting Consultant with MUST-HAVE marina and yacht industry experience for a 100% remote, one-year engagement.
Responsibilities:- Manage all accounting activities for a yacht, including dock fees, rental fees, maintenance, fuel charges, Payroll, insurance, and fees.
- Work with the service company that manages the vessel
- Track rental revenue, taxes, licenses, and related fees.
- Manage crew expenses and operating costs.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Utilize Quick Books Pro for accounting and financial reporting.
- Work directly with the Owner and external audit firm on monthly financial statements and reporting.
- MUST have 5+ years of accounting experience in a marina or yacht environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Quick Books Pro.
- Experience managing full-cycle accounting, expenses, revenue, and financial reporting.
- CPA or MBA is a plus.
Location: 100% Remote
Hours: 40 hours per month
Duration: 1 year
Pay Rate: $50–$65 per hour
