Payroll Clerk

Salary: $29–$31/hour

• Support payroll across multiple dealership locations while building experience in payroll accounting and commissions.

• Process biweekly payroll for assigned dealership locations, supporting hourly and salaried employees across exempt and nonexempt classifications.

• Calculate employee commissions and store-specific commission bonuses.

• Reconcile payroll expenses, accounting schedules, accounts payable and receivable, and accrued sales commissions.

• Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies using Paycom and CDK.

• 2–3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.

• 1–3 years of accounting experience, including reconciliations or payroll-related accounting.

• Dealership or automotive industry experience is preferred but not required.
