Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 base

• Oversee month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage cost accounting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing accounting processes.
• Strengthen accounting controls, policies, and operational procedures.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and financial analysis activities.
• Support ERP optimization, integrations, and data integrity initiatives.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members while driving process improvements.

• Experience leading accounting functions within manufacturing, consumer products, food & beverage, or inventory-driven environments.
• Strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing accounting.
• Experience with Net Suite or a comparable ERP platform.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, financial modeling, and complex workbook management.
