In this critical position, you will leverage 3-5 years of payroll experience, primarily focused on Canada and the US, but also with exposure to international payroll. Working closely with HR and various departments, you will oversee payroll cycles, reconcile accounts, and handle year-end procedures, ensuring adherence to tax laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely payroll processing for multiple countries

• Collaborate with HR to maintain personnel records accuracy

• Reconcile payroll accounts and propose necessary corrections

• Prepare payroll records like ROE’s in a timely manner

• Respond to queries from CRA and other statutory agencies

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Canada and US Payroll experience

• Proficient in Ceridian Dayforce payroll system

• Knowledge of employment standards and payroll regulations

• Strong Excel and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
